These Terms govern all reservations and charter services provided by Party Pontoonz Boston. By booking or boarding, guests agree to these terms.

Public Cruise Cancellations
More than 72 hours: refund minus 10% processing fee.
Less than 72 hours: non‑refundable.
No‑shows are non‑refundable.
Rescheduling
More than 72 hours: refund minus 10% processing fee.
Less than 72 hours: non‑refundable.
No‑shows are non‑refundable.
Payment in full required at booking.
More than 7 days: refund minus 10%.
Less than 7 days: non‑refundable.
Reschedules within 7 days: $250 fee, subject to availability.

Private Charters
Weather

Trips operate rain or shine.
If unsafe conditions are determined by the captain, guests receive a full refund or reschedule option.
The captain has final authority over all safety and operational decisions.
Failure to follow instructions may result in removal without refund.

Captain’s Authority
Guest Conduct and Alcohol Policy

Intoxicated individuals may be denied boarding.
Disorderly or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
Illegal substances prohibited.
Guests must follow crew instructions at all times.
The booking party is responsible for damage caused by members of their group.
Cleaning or repair fees may apply.

Damage Responsibility
Party Pontoonz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Personal Property

Late Arrivals
Guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to departure.
Late arrivals may be denied boarding and are non‑refundable.
Safety and Risk Acknowledgment

Guests understand boating involves inherent risks including vessel movement, slippery surfaces, weather changes, and passenger movement.
By boarding, guests voluntarily assume these risks.
The Company reserves the right to deny boarding to any guest who appears intoxicated, refuses safety instructions, or poses a safety risk.

Boarding Requirements
The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control.

Force Majeure
The Company may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at booking applies.
